Q: Should I reserve a simulator in advance or can I walk in?
A: We strongly recommend that you reserve a simulator at least 24 hours or earlier to ensure your spot. We will take walk-ins, but we cannot guarantee that there will be an open simulator for you when you arrive. First-time users should book an additional 30 minutes of bay time to get familiar with the simulators.
Q: How accurate are your simulators?
A: Golfzon simulators are accurate, and distances are similar to what you would hit outdoors. If you hit a seven iron 150 yards outdoors, you will hit it the same distance on our simulators. Bounce & roll distances are always consistent on the simulators, while balls will run out differently outside depending on the conditions.
Q: How long does it usually take to play?
A: Playing Time: It takes approximately 1 hour for one person to play 18 holes, so a foursome would take about 4 hours to play 18 holes.
Q: How many players per simulator?
A: There is no set limit to the number of golfers, but typically 1-4 golfers works best. More golfers on a simulator means each person will play fewer shots during the allotted time.
Q: What do I wear? Do I need golf shoes?
A: No metal spikes or snow boots. Clean spike-less golf shoes or tennis shoes are recommended.
Q: Do you have food & drinks?
A: We have a full-service bar with select appetizers and food options. Check out our Menu tab on our website for our full drink and food line-up. No outside food & beverage is allowed except for water. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted to drink alcohol. We I.D. everyone, per state and city laws.
Q: Can I bring my clubs?
A: Yes, you can bring your clubs, and we also have clubs available for rental.
Q: Are golf clubs available for rent?
A: Yes, we have limited rental clubs available for $20. Please call ahead to ensure the clubs you are looking for are available.
Q: Is the facility available to rent?
A: Yes, we can host events and groups of up to 150 people for birthdays, corporate events, and everything in between.
Q: Can I use your golf balls or bring my own?
A: We provide golf balls that work best with our system, so no need to bring your own!
Q: Can I use my tees?
A: Our simulators have a built-in auto tee system, so bringing your tees is unnecessary.
Q: Are Kids welcome?
A: Yes, golf simulators are great for all ages and ability levels. Children under 12 do require adult supervision.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Please cancel your reservation 12 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in no refund.
Q: What courses can I play?
A: Overall there are more than 200 courses to play. Some of the favorites are Pebble Beach, Harbour Town, Bethpage Black, and St. Andrews Old Course. New courses get added frequently.
Q: Is there an APP to download?

Q: Do I have to sign a waiver to play?
A: Yes, when you book a tee time you will be asked to sign an acknowledgment. Our guests’ safety is our top priority.
